I`m guest-designing this month for a Greek scrapbook store ~ENJOY SCRAPPING~ and I worked with one of their Beautiful Kits. I already created a layout that you can see -----------> HERE

I`m sharing today a card I created with the goodies in the kit....Don`t you just love these pretty Petaloo flowers?

I made the round shape of the card myself and I made the punched scallop edge as well....

The lace is colored with Glimmer Mist (included in the kit) ....

Let`s Celebrate ~Webster`s Pages~

Hi there!
I`m again posting today some exciting news!

Nothing is better for a paper crafter to hear that a ***NEW*** paper collection was born. And not only a paper collection but a paper collection from WEBSTER`S PAGES....YAY.....and believe me this one is a very BEAUTIFUL one ... SUNNY, HAPPY and COLORFUL....don`t you just love the amazing colors on this beautiful banner :-))))
Well, next week, on Monday, June 20th will be only the beginning of a great week ahead. Our ***NEW*** line "LET`S CELEBRATE"  will be released and we are going to celebrate it with lots of sneaks, prizes and giveaways. There will be lots of inspiration from the Design Team girls and so much fun!!!

Almost forgot to mention my dear daughter`s birthday is also on Monday... she turns 4....WOW....DOUBLE celebration for me!!!!!

Enjoy Scrapping - Guest Designer

Hi there!
I was invited two weeks ago by a very sweet lady,  Lena, to guest-design for her scrapbook shop. Lena is the owner of "Enjoy Scrapping" - a scrapbook store situated on the beautiful Greek island Samos. No need to tell you how happy I was to accept her invitation. This is the layout I created with the  KIT Lena sent me.....

And two close-ups....

The crochet flowers are cut out of the lace. I used Glimmer Mist (included in the kit) to color them....

I made lots of layers for this shaped layout....

I used the bigger doily as a mask on a cardstock then I cut it with a scallop scissors and I pricked circles and round the border. The doily itself I used for my layers....

Joining ~Miss Arts~

Hi there!
Today I`m sharing short but BIG news for me.
Some time ago I was invited by talented Alyssa McGrew to join Miss Art`s Papercrafting School. And because I always like to be challenged, and to do something new, and to grow in what I do I agreed to join this new adventure for me.
Did you know that I used to be a teacher? It`s funny how life brings us surprises....very nice ones :-)
And let me introduce my new badge.....    I guess I need a yellow dress now ;-)))

The Scrap Cake

Hi there!
Here I am again...... I have so much to share  nowadays ;-) ....I need to post twice a day....lol!

Let`s begin today with a layout I created for The Scrap Cake where I`m a DT member.
I used the beautiful "Spring Awakening" collection designed by Karola Witczak.
Did you know that the "Spring Awakening" collection has two sizes of pattern paper - 12"x12" and 7"x12"?  I love the 7"x12" papers `cause they are not only perfect for cards but also great to mat photos and even to make your own embellishments. What I also love about this collection are the journaling cards.....they are really multi-functional.....
And here is my project! I took this photo of my daughter on Easter Day (2011). She was so happy and full of joy with her Easter eggs in her hand :-)

              Because I wanted to have matching flowers I decided to make them myself. I used Spellbinders (Donna-Salazar - Rose Creations), then I water distressed them and I added Stickles to the edges!

I added some beads in the middle of the flowers. This is the final result....
