Winter Joy ~Webster`s Pages~

Hi there!
Today I`m sharing a layout I created for Webster`s Pages. This month is a month of SIMPLICITY. That`s why I really tried to keep it simple while creating this page....
I used two pattern papers from two collections - "A Botanical Christmas" and "All about Me"....

I stamped the clock using orange, brown and black ink with the unmounted stamps "Every Moment" from Webster`s Pages...

The cute little red bird is from Designer Threads - shapes II...

I love the fabric ribbon from "A Botanical Christmas".... and the Dazzle-Me Gems from Western Romance

Workshop by Scrapdelight

Last Sunday (October 23rd, 2011) I gave a workshop at Scrapdelight store using the "Cozy Xmas" collection from The Scrap Cake and designed by talented Karola Witczak.

Enjoy Scapping ~Guest Designer~

Hi there!
I`m sharing today a layout I created for "Enjoy Scrapping" where I`m guest-designing this month. The "Pixie Glen Kit"  I worked with is featuring Prima Marketing`s "Pixie Glen" collection and I had a blast working with it.

This is how I began creating my layout.....I cut into two parts the pattern paper....

 and I exchanged the places...

The two parts I gathered together by cross-stitching. I used flocked rub-ons on top of the clock....

As usually I stamped most of my embellishments and then cut them out....

The bird cages I used are die-cut stencils from Marianne Design.....

And two more close-ups.....

And this was my last project I made with this beautiful kit!

Webster`s Pages and Glue Arts

Hi there!
A few days ago I shared with you some news about Webster`s Pages and Glue Arts.......we teamed up and we had a swap with our products.
I aslo shared with you two close-ups of my project and today I`d love to show you my layout.....

I love working with the Glue Arts Products. The Glue Glider Pro is very light and comfortable to use. My kids (at age 4 and 8) tried it out and it`s just perfect for their little hands......they didn`t get messy at all!

What I mostly enjoyed using the Glue Glider Pro was to apply my trims.....

Because my layouts have always dimension, the U Cut It foam blanks are the perfect solution. It really gives the dimension I want to achieve on my projects and the most important thing is that I can cut it the size as big as I want....

*NEW* TSC ~Cozy Xmas~

Hi there!

Today I`m sharing with you my second layout I created with the gorgeous and so beautiful NEW collection from TSC (The Scrap Cake)  ~Cozy Xmas~
It`s a Christmas collection, I know, but I challenged myself to create an everyday layout using a photo of me :-)

And a few close-ups of my layout.....

The beautiful swirl you see is a hand-made clay gift from my friend Corina van Holstein (Thank you, sweetie)!

I cut out the tiny letters from the paper pad (6" x 6") which has a sheet of paper with beautiful numbers & letters to create an Advent Calendar....

Webster`s Pages & Glue Arts

Scrapdelight

Hi there!
Today I have for you an altered scalloped cardboard to show that I created for Scrapdelight. My project is approx. 17cm x 22cm and the products I used are mainly from Prima Marketing.

I used the packaging from Prima Masks for my background...

I cut one of the packaging so it`ll fit my cardboard. Then I inked the edges and I jane-stiched....

The scallops of the cardboard were firstly painted with Gesso and then with Distress Crackle paint....

I added a few embellishments that I made myself by stamping and cutting them out....

The butterfly was stamped twice and colored in with Copic Markers.

The bird-cage was also stamped and cut out. The two birds were also colored in with Copic Markers....

The ornate Frame chip pie is from Dusty Attic (N.B. Ii cut it into two parts). I firstly applied Gesso and then I added two colors Glimmer Glam....

The canvas butterfly is from Prima Marketing, too. I used two colors Glimmer Mist. When it was dry I stamped on it using again "Alla Prima" cling stamps....
