Webster`s Pages & Scrapbook Adhesives Swap

Hi there!
Today is the first day of the swap between "Webster`s Pages" and "Scrapbook Adhesives" . I had the opportunity to work with some awesome products from Scrapbook Adhesives and this is the layout I created using only SA adhesives.

Crafty Power Tape

• I hand-made the flowers myself ...

• Loved working with the 3D foam squares....they gave the perfect dimension to my cut-out embellishments....

• I thought it would be fun to change the flower of my daughter`s hair-band with a hand-made one ;-)

• Birds and butterflies were cut out from the WP Postcards ....

• To add some touches to the trim I used a Copic Marker and colored in the centers of the flowers...

• The title was painted first with modeling paste....
• Once it was dry I used Copic Markers to color it.....I don`t know how many time I say/write this but I LOVE Copic Markers and used them so much .....in different ways of course ;-)

A card ~Sizzix & Webster`s PAges~

Hi there!
Today I have a card to share with you provided with a few photos showing how I  created the card. It`s a very easy, elegant card.

1. I used a white square card here. Both edges ( of the card and the die) are placed alongside...

2. Before cutting be sure the butterflies are "pointing up"....

3.  Once it`s cut the front of the card looks like that....

4. I cut the same butterflies but this time using pattern paper from Webster`s Pages "In Love" collection. Then I cut each butterfly separately and adhered it  onto the white butterflies.

5. I decorated the card with pearl pen, decorative punch and I stamped the background using a flourish stamp.

The letters "L.O.V.E." were cut out from the pattern paper and I added cute little whimsies.

• The title is a chipboard from Imaginarium Designs. I painted it with Glimmer Glam.
• N.B. I didn`t shake the bottle of paint before I used it. I tried to avoid the glitters.

It seems to me like ages since my last post but actually it`s only a few days ..... Hope you are all well and enjoying your life!

I mixed 3 collections from Glitz Design to create this layout. 

We have a great challenge at STTG and it`s all about TEXTURED MADNESS - Create your own background using mixed media and/or create a textured paper flowers.  You can find everything about this challenge hosted by Wendy Greenaway -------> HERE

Well I didn`t do much on my background here but I hand-made the flowers. I used modeling paste to achieve the texture. I don`t take credit for the flowers. I didn`t copy ;-) the flowers as well but I got inspired from Wendy`s Textured Flower Tutorial which you can find ----> HERE ....Thank you, Wendy!

• I used two different embossing folders from Sizzix . When they were embossed I cut the frames out and layered them behind my photo....
• I also used a Decorative strip die to mat my photo.

• I just love the NEW "Inside out" alphabet die from Sizzix......you`ll see it more often in the future :)

Adorable ~The Scrap Cake~

I have a layout and a card to share with you today. I wanted to scrap this photo of my daughter and her Bff, Melissa, for a long time and I finally found beautiful matching papers for this photo.

• The very first thing I did on the background was to stamp......For the flourish stamps I used embossing powder from Tim Holtz (seafoam)
• The letters from the word "BOTH" in the title were cut with Typeset DecorativeStrip alphabet die from Tim Holtz

• The big letter "A" with the word "adorable" is a rub on.

• The three flowers were hand-made by me.... I used old My Mind`s Eye paper ribbon with lace and brads....very simple flowers, easy to make - it takes a couple of minutes and they are ready....Love simple & easy ;-) ! 

And I have a card to share with you....We have a birthday girl today in The Scrap Cake family and this sweet person is our own Karola Witczak. I created this card especially for her :-)
